Social Media Health Network Site Launches Today

We’re pleased to announce that the community site for the Social Media Health Network launched this morning and is now available to employees of network member organizations.

The Social Media Health Network is comprised of organizations committed to discovering ways social media tools can be harnessed to improve health care, promote health and fight disease. The network site is a platform for idea exchange and collaboration. It also will provide both practical and prudential education and training resources to speed implementation and to promote medical professionalism.

Employees of member organizations may create accounts on the site using their work e-mail addresses. Click the “Sign Up” link at the top of this page to start the process, or see a more detailed, step-by-step description.
